Who we are and how we can help you
Insurance and Investment Services Ltd (FSP697311) is licensed under clause 73 of Schedule 4 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 to provide a financial adviser service.
In operating our financial adviser service, the Financial Markets Conduct (Regulated Financial Advice Disclosure) Amendment Regulations 2020 require us to provide you with important disclosure information to help you make important financial decisions. Information must be provided in writing on request, and is free of charge.
Our principal Financial Adviser, Norm Waldon, is registered under the NZ Financial Services Providers Register (FSPR) as Adviser FSP76483. Norm has had over 20 years experience providing financial advice on personal insurances, investments and UK Pension transfers.
Tim Waldon is both a Chartered Accountant and Financial Adviser (FSP681992), specializing in KiwiSaver, investments and personal insurance. Both Tim and Norm are members of Financial Advice New Zealand (FANZ).
Office Manager, Linda Dawson, supports the Advisers and coordinates our systems and processes to ensure we provide you with the best service possible.
